Yasmin House offers all orders over $150 free shipping.
Pick up is available for our local Brisbane Region Customers. Please select pickup option at the checkout and then contact us after sucessful checkout to organise a collection date and time
Please be aware if you select local pickup at checkout and you are unable to collect. We will advise the correct postal amount and once we have received this we will send your goods to you.
We are unable to post to PO Boxes.
If you choose to have your delivery left at the door or another safe location then you do so at your own risk. We are not liable for the loss of your purchases through the Courier Company or Australia Post. Yasmin House Liability is limited to preparing your order and pass it onto a third party for shipping . We are not liable for damages which occur during shipping.
If you would like to insure your purchase before we send it please let us know so we can advise you of the additional costs.
Combined shipping, standard shipping and registered post are available Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping transit times can vary depending on location and time of year. In the event your items are damaged in transit please notify customer service immediately. A photo of the packaging and the damaged goods will be required. We ask that you do not dispose of any product before consulting with customer service We then will determine whether a refund or replacement of goods will take place.
Please note we have a 7 day refund policy for damaged goods.
You will receive consignment details once your goods have been collected. You will be able to track your parcel.
