Bergamot Essential Oil is one of my favourites in the citrus oils. With it's light, fresh tones similar to oranges yet with a twist of soft floral makes this a unique complexed aroma. For those that drink Earl Grey Tea will be familiar with aroma and flavour of Bergamot.
Well known for it's calming abilities, Bergamot may be helpful in times of worry, stress, anxiety, sadness or depression.
Cold Pressed Bergamot Essential Oil is highly phototoxic. It must be used with care when using it on the skin and avoided when going out into the UV Rays.
Bergamot blends beautifully with Petitgrain, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Lavender, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Jasmine and Clary Sage
